Spring has finally sprung! Trying my hand at this homemade Ravioli with Spring Pea Ravioli with Prosciutto & Pea Shoots that I found on the Saveur's website. The pasta recipe I use is from my Thomas Keller's French Laundry Cookbook (can be found on epicurious.com). It has great flavor and is very easy to make. This recipe is a fresh take on spring pasta and features peas and mint. So good!
