Because my team provides a shared service across our large organization, we often receive requests from groups that we may not have worked for in the past. To help them identify and provide solutions to their training needs. I created this module for our new (and existing) customers, It introduces them to the work that our team produces, how our process works, and how they can play a part in the success of their project.
