PROJECT DETAILS:
The IT customer came to us with a need to communicate system updates. The catch was that there were 3 different roles affected by these changes, and specific pieces of the system were only available to certain roles. The solution was to create a master module that included all of the necessary pieces, and then break the master into the individual roles. These individual modules were then communicated to department leads who cascaded it to the appropriate teams.
