PROJECT DETAILS:
The business partner approached me with a need to help employees understand core competencies, the various levels of achievement within those competencies, and tips on how to achieve the next level. The result was a series of short videos, 40 in all, helping folks understand the skills needed for their current level and what focus they need to allow them to move to the next level. Using Storyline to present the videos, I created a custom menu on the master slide that broke the videos out into explanations of the behaviors, an introduction to the differentiators, and the various competencies along with the performance levels applicable to each one. Additionally, through variables and triggers, I added the ability for the user to toggle the transcript and/or sound, based on how the user wanted to experience the module.
